7. In two weeks, we launch a new hire sales training which will include webinars and a blog for q&a & experience sharing prior to a live experience. We would like to set a high yet reasonable bar for participation with a rubric by which the new hire reps will be assessed. My thoughts were once a day required blog visits, additions to at least two questions per week and two questions per week to all, experience sharing about they learned with their sales reps during the day once per week etc. Does anyone have a set of rules or a rubric to assess online participation?
